Fastpitch fundamentals and live reps, coached by senior softball staff.
Ages 8 to Adult
Our softball program covers the full fastpitch game: hitting off live pitching, windmill mechanics for developing pitchers, slap and bunt offense, and the aggressive base-running that defines the sport. Sessions run on the Whitaker Field softball diamond with its 43-foot pitching distance.
Catchers get dedicated receiving and blocking work, and every session ends with situational scrimmage innings so skills transfer straight to game day.

Girls under 12 often try both — the skills transfer. From 12 up, most players specialize, and our staff will advise after a trial week.
Yes. The windmill progression starts with wrist snaps and works up to full motion over about eight weeks, with arm-care built into every session.
Trained players feed the Northfield Comets travel teams at 12U, 14U and 18U, plus the senior women's league side.
